To start walking routine you need to prepare yourself. You need to be committed to your health and routine. Here i would like to give example of one of my friend, she started evening walk with her friend 8 years ago. She is consistent and committed to her routine through out these years. The main thing that I found help her was her company with her friend.  We also need to find or be that friend for ourselves well as for our loved ones.
